Terms of Use
Last updated: August 9, 2026
Height Tracker is an Orangely project. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. Who may use the service
You must be legally able to accept these terms. The service is intended for parents, guardians, caregivers, and other responsible adults. It is not directed to children for independent use.
2. Permitted use
You may use Height Tracker for lawful, personal, educational record keeping. You must not misuse the service, probe or bypass its security controls, automate abusive requests, interfere with availability, upload unlawful material, or use it to violate another person's privacy or rights.
3. Health information and medical decisions
WHO reference curves, BMI values, parent-based target ranges, image extraction, and AI summaries are general educational aids. Growth assessment depends on clinical context and accurate measurements. Consult a qualified health professional about concerns, unusual results, or decisions affecting a child's health. Do not use this service for emergencies.
4. Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of records, for checking AI-extracted values before saving, for maintaining backups you need, and for having authority to enter or upload information about a child or another person. The main record is stored in your browser and may be lost if site data is cleared, the device fails, or the browser removes storage.
5. AI-generated output
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable. It may not reflect individual health circumstances. You must independently review all output. The service does not promise that an image will be read correctly or that an educational summary will be available.
6. Third-party infrastructure
Cloudflare provides hosting, Turnstile, rate limiting, observability, and Workers AI. Your use of features processed by Cloudflare is also subject to applicable Cloudflare policies and service availability. Height Tracker does not control interruptions or changes to third-party infrastructure or AI models.
7. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains which data remains local and what is sent when you explicitly use AI or complete Turnstile. By using those features, you acknowledge the processing described there.
8. Intellectual property
The service's software, branding, design, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain responsibility for content you submit and represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to process it through the service.
9. Availability and changes
The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue features, models, limits, or the service itself. No uninterrupted availability, data recovery, or compatibility with every device or browser is promised.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; loss of local records; inaccurate measurements or AI output; service interruption; or decisions made using the service. This limitation does not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
12. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions can be sent through the contact channel on the Orangely About page.
